General terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services, courses and individual treatments offered by Isi Schwager – Midwife for Pelvic Floor & Diastasis Recti Mainz, Sertoriusring 253, 55126 Mainz (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") via the website https://www.beckenboden-rektusdiastase-mainz.de, by email, contact form or the booking portal https://terminplanung.hebammen-azh.de/HebammeIsabelleSchwager.
2. Subject matter of the contract
The provider offers freelance, individual midwifery services, in particular one-on-one treatments such as pelvic floor and abdominal check-ups, pessary fittings, as well as various prevention and postpartum recovery courses. Courses are offered both in person and online; online consultations are limited to advice only. Individual appointments generally take place in person in Mainz-Gonsenheim.
3. Registration and conclusion of contract
Booking a course via the booking portal https://terminplanung.hebammen-azh.de/HebammeIsabelleSchwager or by email/contact form is binding. A legally valid contract is concluded upon receipt of the booking confirmation by email or verbal/telephone confirmation. The booking obligates you to pay the full course fee.
4. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Cancellation of booked courses is not possible. Non-attendance – for whatever reason – does not release the participant from the obligation to pay. Missed course hours (even for courses covered by health insurance) are the responsibility of the participant and cannot be refunded or made up.
5. Participation requirements
Participation in the courses is subject to certain health requirements. Pregnant women can participate from the 12th week of pregnancy, and postpartum recovery courses are possible from the 6th week after birth. Participation is at your own risk. If you have any health concerns, please consult with the course provider.
6. Payment terms
For individual treatments, the invoice will be sent by email after the appointment. Payment is due within 14 days by bank transfer or in cash.
For courses, billing is either done directly with the health insurance company (where possible) or via invoice. Additional services not covered by health insurance must be paid for by the participant. An invoice can be issued upon request via email.
7. Course cancellation and alternative dates
In the event of the instructor's illness, the provider will endeavor to offer a make-up date or a substitute. However, there is no guarantee of a rescheduled session, although one will generally be made possible.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with legal regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy on the website.
9. Liability
Participation in courses and individual treatments is at your own risk. The provider is not liable for any health problems that may arise in connection with participation, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
10. Copyright
All course materials and content provided, whether handed out or digitally, are subject to copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without the express consent of the provider.
11. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is Mainz, provided this is legally permissible. Should individual clauses of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
